The Synergos Group was founded in 1998 by Rhonda Schuldt, MBA, after more than a decade of regional, non-profit and business development. Her background and expertise are in fostering collaboration and market knowledge to effectively address unmet or under met needs. Rhonda's professional background includes: Vice President of TissueInformatics, an early-stage bioinformatics company; Founding Director of the Working Together Consortium - a collaborative of public and private leaders to advance a regional economic development strategy; Assistant Director of the Allegheny Conference on Community Development and Pennsylvania Economy League; Executive Director of SHARE Inc. - an incubator organization for social services; positions with the University of Missouri in research, distance learning and university-sponsored research parks; and as a restaurateur.
